Yerevan airport suspends Armavia flights

Baku – APA-Economics. Zvartnots international airport suspended the flights of Armavia air company.
“Zvartnots will not serve the Armavia flights because of accommodated debts
Spokesperson for Zvartnots airport Gevorg Abrahamyan said the airport allowed operating flight on Wednesday evening for passengers to avoid inconvenience. Yerevan’s airport will serve the flights if Armavia transfers certain amount, he added.
Owner of Armavia Mikhail Baghdasarov said the company will go into bankruptcy and shut down unless Zvartnots Airport changes its price policy.
“Unless we come to an agreement we will declare bankruptcy, return the air-tickets, sell the airplanes and settle the debts,†said Baghdasarov.
