Azerbaijan and Turkey to launch new gas pipeline

SOCAR and BOTAS held talks about the construction of new gas pipeline between Azerbaijan and Turkey during the visit of delegation led by Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yıldız to Nakhchevan.
During the talks, the sides reached agreement about the construction of joint gas pipeline from Turkey to Nakhchevan for realization of SOCAR’s planned investments projects in Nakhchevan.
At the end of the meeting, SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev and BOTAS General Manager Fazil Shenel signed joint declaration of intention.
