According to him, the 80% of construction works was finished. THe road is consisting of 3 parts. The first part is from Bilajari ascent to Ganli Lake. The second part is from Ganli Lake to Lokbatan Round. The third part is from Lokbatan to the 22nd km of Baku-Kazakh-Georgia state border motor road. There are 4 road junctions and 6 path transmitters on the road.

The first worth of the project is $ 49.5 mln. The project was financed by Kuwait Fund, Abu Dhabi Fund and Azerbaijan Government.
