Azerbaijan to prepare program of controlled system of incoming water share
Kemaleddin Heydarov said a special program was prepared for solution of the problems created throughout the rivers. “A huge work has been done so far. The government is successfully continuing this work without any outside assistance. The water level lowered in the rivers, but it does not make us careless. The dam entrenchment is continued in the regions. The climate changes have caused natural rise of water level in the rivers in recent months. It makes us to improve our workâ€.
The minister said there was no problem in direction of new channel. “There is no village and technical installation in this direction. Roads and railway don’t create any problem. The commission established by the President is discussing the situation and reporting to the head of state several times a day. We gathered here to discuss the schedule and phases of the decisions we makeâ€.
The minister said the new course of Araz River would help to develop plant formation and agriculture. “All organizations will prepare their programs to fulfill their duties. Every organization will submit its program to the President in near future. Then the President will make decision.
