Baku. Aynur Valiyeva – APA-Economics. THe first mobile communication operator Bakcell will reach 2000 the number of base stations in country till the end of current year, Chief Executive Officer of company Ineke Botter told APA.
He says that, Bakcell operates more 1800 base stations. 750 base stations were renewed.
According to him, they plans to invest nearly $100 mln for improvement and renewing of network. It was invested $150 mln last year.
Bakcell has been in operation since 1994.
