Among the countries with the highest levels of terrorist activity and threat, the top rankings are:

  2. Pakistan (8.374),
  3. Syria (8.00).

In this ranking, Israel (7.463) is 8th, Russia (6.267) is 16th, Iran (6.056) is 18th, Turkey (3.968) is 32nd, the USA (3.517) is 34th, France (2.712) is 40th, the Netherlands (1.402) is 60th, Norway (1.198) is 66th, Finland and Japan (0.949) are 72nd, Denmark and Armenia (0.72) are 79th, Austria and South Korea (0.582) are 82nd, and Latvia and Lithuania (0.423) are 86th.
