An employee of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) was injured in a mine explosion in Gazakh on April 28 at around 09:45, APA's Western Bureau reports, citing TABIB.
The victim, a male born in 1985, was hospitalized in the Emergency Department of Gazakh District Central Hospital.
The patient was diagnosed with a contused wound to the forehead, around the eyes, and nose. After receiving necessary medical care, he was transferred to the Surgery Department, and his condition is considered stable.

A mine incident occurred in the Gizilhajili village area of the liberated Gazakh district on April 28, 2025, Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) told APA.
The agency's employee, Elnur Oruj Pashayev, born in 1985, was performing his duties when an anti-personnel mine exploded. As a result of the incident, Elnur Pashayev sustained light injuries to various parts of his body.
The injured employee has been evacuated to the district central hospital. His condition is stable, and there is no life-threatening risk.
