Death toll rises to 4 in liquid gas station explosion in Azerbaijani Agstafa region

As injured Asurov Seymurâ€™s (1986) condition was critical he was taken to Baku. But he died in hospital. Seymur Asurov was buried in Girag Kasaman village of Agstafa yesterday morning.
Mahmudova Afina (1956) died on August 29, Musayeva Shalala (1983) and Gasimova Tamella (1946) on August 30.
Two injured are treated in Agstafa central hospital. Though injured Isgandar Panahov was released after receiving first medical aid, the injuredâ€™s condition became worse and he was hospitalized again.
Injured Kamran Mikayilov is being cured in Republic Center at present.
The explosion occurred in liquid gas station in Azerbaijani region Agstafa on August 29 at 10.30 a.m injuring nine people. The blast occurred when filling a small gas bag at the station. The injured were hospitalized in Agstafa and Gazakh regions.
Agstafa Prosecutorâ€™s Office launched criminal case on the article 223.2 (violation of safety rules) of the Criminal Code on August 29, 2007. /APA/
Head of Agstafa municipality Chingiz Gurbanov and owner of liquid gas station Rahim Karimov were detained regarding the fact. /APA/
