“It is possible that there were some engineer’s faults. I came to such a decision after reviewing the site. I assume that armatures used in the construction were not installed properly. Maybe there was air left inside the concrete and that’s why armatures were corroded. It is possible that concrete used there was of law quality. Certainly, it is my opinion. Experts can give more accurate information after investigating the site,†he added.
H.Amirkhanov said that the site is not suitable for high-rise buildings: “Since there are a lot of multi-storey buildings constructed around, the area is overloaded,†he added./APA/
