Bodies of Archivan village residents, died in building collapse in Azerbaijani capital sent to their native place

They are 26-year old Emil Ibrahimov, 39-year old Arif Feyziyev and 30-year old Habil Feyziyev. Arif and Habil are brothers. Both of them were married and each had two children. Emil Ibrahimov was engaged. His wedding was fixed to September 7. The funeral has been arranged by the order of head of Astara executive power Mahir Guliyev.
Archvan residents who worked in the construction and witnessed the event also left for Astara to attend the funeral. They told APAâ€™s local bureau that about 20 residents of Archivan village worked there. The workers confessed that technical standards and safety rules were neglected during the construction.
â€œWe were working there and spending night at the basement in order not pay rental. We suppose that there are 5 residents of Archivan in the basement. Besides, the injured 21-year old Ramin Nazarov and 24-year old Evezkhan Akhundov are the residents of Archivan village. Both are single,â€ they said.
Emil Ibrahimov, Arif and HAbil Feyziyevs will today be buried in Archivan. /APA/
