Faig Taghizadeh: The cellar should be ready in 48 hours in emergencies situations

Azerbaijanâ€™s Emergencies Ministry has ordered to suspended constructions in the sites that were allowed before the establishment of the ministry, deputy Emergencies Ministry Faig Taghizadeh said, APA reports.
â€œAt present the ministry is conducting inspections in those constructions. There are some constructions that are not built on drawings. We will adopt necessary decisions on it,â€? he said.
Taghizadeh gave information about readiness of cellars to emergencies situations. According to deputy minister, the cellar if necessary should be ready within 48 hours.
â€œFormerly, some people used the cellar how they wanted. We will try to use cellars on purpose,â€? deputy minister said. /APA/
