Khojali resident Gulali Binaliyev: Robert Kocharian tortured me during Kojali genocide

â€œRobert Kocharian made me beaten and I lost consciousness. My sight has become weak after this. World should recognize the perpetrator of Khojali tragedy who pretends to be democraticâ€?, stated Khojali resident Gulali Binaliyev who was taken hostage with his family by Armenian militants on the day of Khojaliâ€™s invasion.
He said that he had undergone tortures by current president of Armenia Robert Kocharian. Gulali said he has no information about his sons Elishir and Jabbar Binaliyevs.
â€œArmenians took us hostages in midnight on Feb25 1992, plundered our house and took jewelries of women and girls. They made 84 people run in the snow to near Khankendi. We were forced to take off clothes in the hill near the town. Then they took us to the garage in Khankendi. We were kept without food and water for 4 days. Then they began interrogating us. They took me to some place for interrogation. I recognize the person interrogating me long later when I saw him on TV. It was Armenian president Robert Kocharian who headed the Khojali genocide. He asked me â€œWhere is Mikhaylo?â€? I said I know only one Mikhaylo who fought against German fascists in 1941-1944. He answered smiling that he asks me Tofig with whom I worked at school. I said I just moved to Khojali and donâ€™t know anyone by that name. But I knew him. Tofig was a defender of Khojali and people called â€œMikhaylo. After the interrogation he told his men something in Armenian. They beat me beastly and I lost consciousnessâ€?, Gulali said.
He said he intends to deliver these facts to the international organizations.
