Azerbaijan’s Court of Grave Crimes presided over by Nushabe Agayeva continued today trial of Nurse Ofeliya Safarova and Zibakhanim Asgarova, head doctor of Zibakhanim Clinic, the APA reports. The witnesses gave testimony to the court. The trial will be continued on February 26.
It should be noted that Seferova was accused on the Article 144-1. 2. 3 of the Criminal Code together with head doctor of Zibakhanim clinic Zibakhanim Esgerova who is accused on the Article 314.2 (negligence leading to death) of the Criminal Code. As per the accusations Seferova helped Tatyana Leonidova with delivery at the maternity house and sold the child $ 1000 cheating the mother that her baby was dead. /APA/
