International Mother Language Day announced by the UNESCO General Conference in 1999 will for the first time be celebrated in Azerbaijan on February 21, APA reports. UN Social Information Department, UNESCO and Baku Ataturk Center will hold a roundtable. The representatives of Education, Culture and Tourism Ministries and linguists will attend the event.
