11 life-term prisoners in Gobustan jail appealed to ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova, APA reports. The lifers asked to reconsider the preliminary investigation on Mahir Mustafayev, burnt in his cell on December 3. The prisoners noted that they do not believe in the objectivity of the investigation.
“We consider that irregularities committed during the investigation. We ask you to appeal to General prosecutor’s office for reconsidering the fact,� they said.
