The materials of criminal case of publicist Rafig Tagi and the editor-in-chief of Sanat newspaper Samir Sedagetoglu has been sent to Nasimi court, the chief of the court Aleddin Jafarov told the APA. As the documents have been received recently, it was not defined who will preside the trial. The judge is said to be defined on February 19.
