Legal procedure on the appeals of six officers of Barmek-Azerbaijan Electricity Distribution LLC, presided over by Resul Seferov was held in Appeal Court, the court told APA.
The public prosecutor asked the court for time to get acquainted with the case. So the suit was put off till February 21.
Rahib Musayev and Alesker Ramazanov had appealed against the verdict of Grievous Crimes Court.
Elnur Mutellimov and Firudin Agayev had been sentenced to 2 years , Asif Alekberov and Ahliman Mammedov to a year and 6 months under the Article 314.2 (negligence), Alesker Ramazanov to 3 years, and Rahib Musayev to 3 years and 6 months under the Article 308 (abuse of power) of the Criminal Code. /APA/
