As only ANS participated in the tender the Council members abolished the results and preferred announcing tender again.
“Taking into account Article 11.1 of “Purchase law� and “National Television and Radio Council� Regulations, the council abolished the results. Decision was made to announce tender again,� the council said.
ANS TV and ANS ChM will continue its activity within the tender period from February 20 till March 20.
ANS Group of Companies told the APA that they will publicize official position after getting acquainted with the Council’s decision. /APA/
