Criminal case launched against commander of Military Unit N Arzu Ibrahimov

A criminal case was launched against the commander of Military unit N Arzu Ibrahimov on the Article 179.3.2 (appropriation or squandering) of the Criminal Code, military sources told the APA. Military prosecutor’s Office confirmed the fact. Ibrahimov together with Valeh Gasimov and other commander of the military unit Shaig Khamayev decided to draw up falsified document and sell it to director of “Dostluq� (Friendship) Company Isa Mammadov. Mammadov’s acquaintances Samandar Abdullayev and Firdovsi Huseynov were detained while delivering fuel to the company. Other members of the group detained after this incident. The investigation is under way. /APA/
