Lawyers should wear a special gown during trials, if not, they violate the law, Head of Lawyer Board, Azer Tagiyev, told the APA.
He said the court is entitled to not admit lawyers without gown to trials.
“There should be special places to change clothes. If there are all conditions, the law can be serious,� he said.
The Lawyers’ Board has 591 members. 391 lawyers have been provided with special gowns while other should pay for robes. /APA/
