The head of Azerbaijani Committee against Tortures Elchin Behbudov will meet with the chief of the Supreme Court Ramiz Rzayev, the rights defender told the APA. He said that he received a number of appeals during the monitoring. These appeals will be discussed at the meeting. Behbudov also noted that he will meet with former ministers Farhad Aliyev, Ali Insanov and others who are held in the detention ward of National Security Ministry. /APA/
