Late Journalist Samir Asgerkhanov’s family appealed to Yasamal Police Department #28 on stolen bronze bas-relief, the inspector of the police department Mubariz Gayibov told the APA. He noted that they have not identified the person who stole bas-relief. After the appeal the officers conducted inspections in the site. Tomorrow the documents will be sent to Yasamal Police Department and criminal case will be launched on the facts.
It should be noted that Asgerkhanov died in 1998 and buried in Yasamal grave-yard. He worked for a long time in AzTV as commentator and was author of the programs about Armenian terrors. NSM awarded him prize. /APA/
