Ceremonies on the day of Ashura were held in “Teze Pir�, “Ejderbey�, “Juma� mosques and in Mirmovsum aga pilgrimage. Thousands of people came to the mosques, did namaz and said prayers. Ambulances were placed near mosques. Baku Main Police Office is on alert on the day of Ashura. BMPO Public Security Department chief Shamil Seyidli told the APA that though there was a crowd noting unpleasant happened.
