Elkhan Huseynov arrested as a soldier under him tried to kill himself, Khanlar Valiyev says

â€œUnfortunately, Appeals Court canceled arrest verdict against Elkhan Huseynov. He is still be interrogated,â€? Azerbaijanâ€™s Military Prosecutor, Khanlar Huseynov, said, commenting on the arrest of commander of a military unit, Elkhan Huseynov.
He said that Huseynov was arrested because a solider under him made an attempt to commit a suicide, denying that he was detained for soldier Vusal Garajeyevâ€™s being captured by Armenians.
He added that the Criminal Proceedings on the case of Huseynov was initiated under Article 125 (causing attempt to kill oneself) of the Criminal Code and the investigation is ongoing. /APA/
