Naile Guliyeva: Haji Mammadov said Elchin Aliyev asked to kidnap Zamire Hajiyeva

26 members of the gang stand trial presided by Judge Ali Seyfaliyev in the second half of the day.
The video tape recordings of the defendant Nizami Abdullayevâ€™s testimonies on the kidnappings of bank officer Anar Sultanov, Azersigorta State Company chief Mammad Mammadovâ€™s son Ahmad Mammadov, Mejid Mammadov, Zeynal Babayev, Murad Kazimov and murders of criminalist Rovshen Aliyev and Saray resident Novruz Ismayilov were displayed. Naile Guliyeva in the video tape recording of her testimony said that Azer Ismayilov was killed in her house in Keshle.
â€œHajiâ€™s nephew Elchin Aliyev was in my house on the day Azer was killed. I do not remember whether Elchin came before or after Azerâ€™s death. Elchin and Haji talked in the garden for some minutes. When he entered into the room Azer had handcuffs on his hands. Then Haji knifed Azer and wrapped in cellophane and put in Rovshen Agayevâ€™s car and took to Garabulag.â€?
Then the video tape recording of defendant Eldar Rehimov testimony on Ilham Genizadeâ€™s kidnapping. Then the video tape recording of the confrontation between Naile Guliyeva and Elchin Aliyev was displayed. During the confrontation Naile Guliyeva said that Elchin Aliyev asked to kidnap Jahangir Hajiyevâ€™s wife Zamire Hajiyeva.
â€œElchin contracted on Zamireâ€™s death. Haji told me about it. Elchin used to say that Jahangir loves Zamire very much; he will give all demanded money to release her. We had been in Faytonchu restaurant on the day Zamire was kidnapped. Then Elchin came and said that he presented Zamire a watch of $ 25 000. But Elchin did not take part in the organisation of the case. Even when Elchin came Haji showed him the place where Zamire was being kept. Haji gave Elchin Euro 1m from Mejid mammadovâ€™s case.â€?
Aliyev denied Naileâ€™s words during the confrontation.
â€œI have not been in that restaurant that day. I have never presented a watch to Zamire.â€?
Then the video tape recordings of the Novruz Nuriyevâ€™s testimony, the confrontation between Aslanbek Chentamirov and Husain Abdulvahabov, Sidek Abdulvahabov and Elshen Mirzeyov were displayed.
