Samira Gurbanova, 19-year-old Baku resident throwing herself under the train approaching the bay in Neftchiler metro station awoke from coma and gave testimony, Nizami Prosecutor’s Office inspector Zafar Ahmadov told the APA. Gurbanova said that she did not intend to commit a suicide; suddenly she felt bad, lost her balance and fell under the train. The inspector said the criminal case launched on article 29.125 (suicide effort) is continuing and the final decision to end the criminal case will be taken at the end of the investigation.
The incident happened at 18.00 on November 2. Though the driver could put the brake in action immediately, the train drew her for some meters. The subway employee could take the girl out of the rail. She was taken to resuscitation department of the Medical Center immediately and is being treated at the moment. /APA/
