Ramil Usubov asked Eldar Mahmudov to investigate Kamil Sedreddinov and Zakir Nasirovâ€™s case

26 members of the gang stand trial presided by Judge Ali Seyfaliyev in the second half of the day.
Expertsâ€™ judgement on Novruz Nuriyev, Rovshen Agayev, Mehman Samadov and Aslanbek Chentamirovâ€™s use drugs were announced. The judgement says those people do not suffer of drug addiction and need any treatment. Then defendant Adalet Asadullayevâ€™s application to Eldar Mahmudov was announced.
â€œI confess all that I know about Chechenâ€™s group. I am acquainted with Chechen Husain Abdullvahabov. His brother Sidek also lived with him. I took Sidek and some of his friends to some places at Husainâ€™s request. I did not suspect them in any criminal case,â€? he said.
Public Prosecutors announced expertâ€™s judgement on criminalist Rovshen Aliyevâ€™s murder, then the lawyers Elton Guliyev, Ogtay Gerekmezli, Novruz Aliyev and Adil Ismayilov solicited for announcing some more important documents concerning the criminal cases. The judge allowed Gerekmezli, Guliyev, Aliyev and Zakir Nasirovâ€™s application, but rejected Abdulvahabovâ€™s solicitation. Judge Seyfeliyev said that Ismayilovâ€™s application will be allowed when the essence of the document is revealed. Among the documents presented by lawyer Gerekmezli was a mobile phone belonged to Azer Ismayilov and there was Haji Abbasâ€™s phone number. It should be noted that Haji Mammadov sent defendant Ali Guliyev called Haji Abbas to Azer Ismayilov and ordered to take him to his house and kill there. Looking at the paper, Gerekmezli said that the paper kept in his purse became old and then attached to the phone book. Ramil Usubovâ€™s letter sent to National Security Minister Eldar Mahmudov was also announced.
â€œSedreddinovâ€™s relatives think that the case is not investigated correctly. Kamil was awarded medals Azerbaijan Flag and For Heroism and others. I want you to take into consideration Kamil Sedreddinov and Zakir Nasirovâ€™s good offices and insure exact investigation of the case.â€?
Later, the characteristics given by Emin Shekinski to Nesreddinov for his services and Adalat Asadullayevâ€™s appeal to Eldar Mahmudov were announced.
