The rating list includes 177 countries the living standard of which was investigated according to the special methods. For the second time UN experts announced Norway a country with the highest living standard. It is followed by Iceland, Australia, Ireland, Sweden, Canada, Japan and the US. The lowest living standard is in Nigeria. The people of Nigeria live 40 times more poorly than the people in Norway. The level of education is 5 times higher than in Nigeria. Post Soviet countries Estonia and Lithuania are the 40-41st in the list. Russia is the 65th, Mauritius 63rd, Trinidad and Tobago 57th, Tonga 55th and Cuba is 50th in the list. Post Soviet countries Belarus is 67th, Ukraine 77th, Armenia 80th, Georgia 97th, Azerbaijan 99th is in the list. While estimating the living standard in the countries the UN experts take into consideration average life, the level of education, health service and GDP. /APA/
