Gurban Yetirmishli said abyssal fracture in Turkey has nothing to do with Azerbaijan.

“In case of abyssal fracture, attention is paid to which of the plates is active. After some time, activeness may be observed in another plate. Such activeness may awaken the nearby earthquake focuses. Quakes can not happen in the territories, which are on the ambient level and where there is no stress accumulation,” he said.
