According to information, an unknown person shot dead the Baku resident, owner of the perfume store at the shopping center, Eldaniz Nasibov. Nasibov immediately died. The killer tried to escape, but as a result of operations carried out by officials of the Garadagh District Police Department, the accused Baku resident Rasulzadeh Vasif Vagif was detained.
The criminal case has been launched under Articles 120.1. (Deliberate murder, is deliberate deprivation of life of other person – shall be punished by imprisonment for the term from seven up to twelve years), 228. (Illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation and carrying of fire-arms, accessories to it, supplies, explosives) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan Republic.
The prosecutors office also pointed out that the murder is not known, because the defendant is not questioned.
