Baku. Suleyman Farzaliyev, Ramil mammadli-APA. Today a group of religious people have attempted for an uncensored action in regard with the death of Prophet Muhammad (saas). The action attendees gathered at Fuzuli square and started their march towards Martyrs Avenue at about 14:00. The police stopped the action and some of attendees were arrested.
Ehsan Zahidov, Interior Ministry’s spokesman told APA that a group of people have attempted to an uncensored action starting from Nizami Subway station. As the action is not censored by Baku Executive Power, the police has stopped it. About 15 of them who resisted, were arrested. The goal of the action and the identities of the attendees are now under investigation.
