Justice Ministry holds board meeting on work done concerning execution of judgments and tasks lying ahead

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov â€“ APA. Justice Ministry held a board meeting on the work done concerning the execution of judgments and tasks lying ahead, the ministryâ€™s press service told APA.

Deputy Justice Minister Vilayat Zahirov spoke about the importance of proper execution of judgments. Chief of Executors Department Khanlar Zeynalov made a report at the meeting.

He said the execution of the great majority of old judgments was ensured. Zeynalov said 85 percent of about 100,000 administrative documents were solved, measures were being taken to complete the rest. 819 persons, who did not fulfill the requirements of executors, underwent administrative discipline, criminal case was launched on 125 persons.

The current problems and shortcomings were also discussed during the meeting, the work of executing bodies of Sabayel, Yasamal, Nasimi districts of Baku, Sumgayit, Berde, Khachmaz regions was criticized.

Concrete instructions were given to strengthen control over the service, eliminate current shortcomings, increase the efficiency of the work.
