Efendiyev has been dismissed because he reached the set service limit in the prosecuting authorities in accordance with the law on “Service in the prosecuting authoritiesâ€.
According to Sultanov, Eldar Efendiyev had worked in the prosecuting authorities since 1979. He was awarded several times, title of “Honorary lawyer of Azerbaijan Republic†was conferred on him and he received the badge “Honorary officer of the prosecuting authoritiesâ€. He was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the General Prosecutor’s Office.
Eldar Efendiyev, the author of a number of books, over 500 scientific articles, will continue his scientific activity as chief of chair at Science-Training Center of the General Prosecutor’s Office.
