Huseyn Arabul regrets for his actions

Baku. Ramil Mammadli â€“ APA. The next hearing on the case of former president of Barmek-Azerbaijan Huseyn Arabul and five others has been held today in the Court of Grave Crimes, APA reports. Judge Novruz Karimov presided over the hearing. The testimony given in the initial investigation by the employee of Hasansu restaurant Elshad Bayramov was declared. Huseyn Arabul protested against the testimony and said he did not remember what he had done in the restaurant.
Huseyn Arabulâ€™s lawyer presented the photos taken by the defendant himself in Shamkir.
Following this, the documents of the criminal case were announced. Arabul said the explanation, which he gave when he was detained in the border checkpoint, was falsified. He also said he regretted for his actions.
It was announced that the court investigation ended. Prosecutor asked time by September 10 to prepare the speech.

The judge said the hearing will continue on September 10.

Huseyn Arabul, Turkish citizen Ayhan Donmez, Azerbaijanis â€“ Mahir Latifov, Elnur Huseynov, Famil Guliyev, Ramal Alakbarov are accused of crossing the border illegally and giving bribe.

In 2007, former president of Barmek-Azerbaijan Huseyn Arabul got five-year suspended sentence with paying AZN 1.370 million. The court also passed a decision banning Arabul from leaving Azerbaijan.
