Delivering a keynote speech at the press conference, Elmar Mammadyarov said that the unresolved conflicts in Azerbaijan and Georgia, energy and infrastructure projects, including the construction of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway were discussed at both bilateral and trilateral meetings.
It was said that such meetings have been held since 2012 and the next meeting will take place in Kars late 2014. Moreover, work is underway to arrange a meeting of these countries’ presidents in such a format.
