Baku. Anakhanim Hidoyatova - APA. There are broad opportunities for cooperation between Azerbaijan and Israel, chairman of Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute Ramzi Gabbay told journalists in Baku, APA reports.
Noting that Israel wants to study Azerbaijan's experience in the field of oil and gas, Ramzi Gabbay said his country has experience in agriculture, security, telecommunication, health and medical equipment, can share its experience with Azerbaijan.
“Establishment of joint ventures would be useful for Azerbaijan and Israel. It would pave the way for the creation of a lot of jobs,” he said.
Ramzi Gabbay said Israeli chemical companies are interested in Azerbaijan.
Chairman of Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute Ramzi Gabbay also said that Azerbaijan and Israel would sign documents on joint standards and elimination of double taxation in the near future.
Noting that there are favorable conditions for business in Azerbaijan, Ramzi Gabbay said there is potential to enhance cooperation between the two countries in tourism, food and pharmaceutical industries.
