The 2014 Winter Meeting will be held at the Hofburg Congress Centre in Vienna on 13-14 February 2014, concluding with a special debate on "The Rise of Extremism, Radicalism and Xenophobia: Challenges for the OSCE Region,” APA reports quoting press service of the OSCE PA.
The opening session of the Winter Meeting will be addressed by OSCE PA President Krivokapic and Barbara Prammer, President of the Austrian Parliament. OSCE Committee on Political Affairs and Security, Committee on Economic Affairs, Science, Technology and Environment and Permanent Committee will hold meetings during the session.
The parliamentarians will hear the reports on the activities of the three OSCE Committees and discuss draft reports of the session to be held in Baku from June 28 to July 2.
