Baku. Mubariz Aslanov – APA. The main topic of the upcoming annual session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Baku has been made public. Head of the Azerbaijani Delegation to OSCE PA, vice-speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament, Bahar Muradova said the session will focus on the Helsinki+40 process: “That is, the topic will be “Towards to human security. It will be the main topic of the session. Committees will define some topics of discussion up to the summer session.”
Muradova said that as a part of the session, reports on the fulfillment of Istanbul Declaration will be heard and these issues will be raised at plenary meetings: “Baku Declaration and the resolution of the session will be adopted in accordance with the delegations’ proposals.”
OSCE PA Baku session will take place between July 28 and August 2.
