He said partnership between the states, commitment to joint energy and transportation projects will ensure a better future for millions in the region and beyond.
“I also want to note that Azerbaijan is important for Georgia not only in terms of great projects, cooperation in the field of oil, gas, transportation, but also in terms of the relations in culture, science. As I have already said, we are improving political partnership. This is also important for us, as with this partnership we are enriching our societies and states.
There are serious problems regarding the territorial integrity. I believe that we are on the right track towards the peaceful solution of these problems. The solution of these problems passes through the increase of welfare of our states, realization of important joint projects.
We are looking forward to the high-level visits. We are looking forward to President Aliyev's visit to Georgia. We wish improvement of the living conditions of Azerbaijanis in Georgia and of Georgians in Azerbaijan. We are demonstrating specific opportunities of this partnership.
Today, I have told President that after returning to Tbilisi, Georgia I will meet with the Azerbaijanis on Novruz holiday and celebrate this holiday with them. We are also having partnership in this field and demonstrating specific cooperation opportunities between our states," he said.
