Azerbaijani officials have already expressed their positions. Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly expressed his concern over this. He even expressed his discontent addressing the Russian State Duma members known for their contradicting views. This shows that the Russian state is also interested in putting an end to these incidents,” he said.
