Sergey Naryshkin congratulates Azerbaijanâ€™s President

Baku- APA. Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Sergey Naryshkin has sent a letter of congratulation to President of Azerbaijan Ilhma Aliyev, APA reports. Congratulating Azerbaijan’s President on his birthday, Naryshkin expressed his confidence that Ilham Aliyev’s organizational skills, experience as a great statesman will contribute to developing comprehensive relations and strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Russia, which have been friendly countries through many years.

Head of the Kabardino-Balkaria Republic of the Russian Federation Arsen Kanokov, head of the Republic of Ingushetia Yunus-bek Yevkurov, head of the Republic of North Ossetia–Alania Taymuraz Mamsurov, Astrakhan Region Governor Alexander Zhilkin and head of Derbentsky district Kurban Kurbanov have also congratulated the President of Azerbaijan on his birthday.
