In his response to question “Why do you think that Azerbaijan will not shoot down aircrafts flying illegally?” Bordyuzha said: “I know Azerbaijan’s President as an intellectual and wise person. I doubt that the country, which has such a president, will shoot down civil aircrafts. I don’t want to further comment.”

“These flights are illegal. The flights will be launched by Armenia in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. The CSTO secretary general avoided answering question “What would Russia do, if it faced such a situation?” It is a problem of the two countries. CSTO position on the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is clear,” said the sectary general.

To the question “CSTO has several members. Why is the organization’s academy being established in Armenia?”, Bordyuzha said: “Armenia proposed to establish CSTO academy. As Armenia put forward the proposal, decision was passed to establish the academy there.”
