Nikolai Bordyuzha said that it is either an unsuccessful interpretation or joke: “I see Azerbaijan as a civilized country, which is committed to universal norms. I doubt that the leadership of any country can order to shoot down civil aircrafts intentionally. Such things happened in our history, we all remember the tragedy in the Far East and the reaction of the world community. I do not think that any state will attempt to shoot down a civil aircraft. Therefore, I do not take this information seriously,” he said.
