Noting the importance of the negotiations on a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict it was underlined at the traditional trilateral meeting held during each session that this issue should be discussed between the delegations of the two countries through parliamentary diplomacy within the Assembly, APA’s European bureau reports.
These trilateral negotiations with the participation of PACE President are dialogues held in a new format, not within the framework of the activities of former Subcommittee on Nagorno Karabakh.
