The embassy told APA that the chief of Naval Staff expressed his satisfaction with developing relations between the two countries and stated that if the occupation of Azerbaijani territories was not ended, his country would not establish any relations with Armenia.
Admiral said his country will continue its support in Nagorno Karabakh problem, is ready to provide any kind of assistance for the liberation of the occupied Azerbaijani territories. Muhammad Asif Sandila said he is glad that Azerbaijan’s economy is growing stronger day-by-day, has turned from the country needing aid to a donor country and has its say in the region.
A wide range of issues on the cooperation between Azerbaijani and Pakistani naval forces was discussed at the meeting.
