Tbilisi. Nizami Mammadzadeh – APA. Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili said that he recognized Azerbaijan as a friendly country and the relations between the two countries were at the high-level. At the press conference, the Prime Minister answered the question of APA’s Georgia correspondent on the solution of the issues on the delimitation of the borders between the two countries and David Gareja monastery: “It is a very good question. But it is a difficult issue. We will touch on these issues in a friendly way and try to solve it with the President of Azerbaijan during my visit to this country.”
A little part of the Azerbaijan-Georgia border state has not been agreed yet. The Georgian side claims for the area of David Gareja monastery that remained in the Azerbaijani side of the border.
