Touching on the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict, Mammadyarov said that if Armenia accepted the proposals of the OSCE Minks Group, it must be signed Great Peace Treaty. The minister also noted that if airport is commissioned and flights are operated in Nagorno Karabagh it will be detrimental to the peace process. He mentioned the guest that the co-chair countries of the OSCE Minsk Group have the same position.
According to Mammadyarov, the main problem for the settlement of the conflict is the presence of the Armenian armed forces in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
