Last year, Azerbaijan offered several countries such as Poland, Lithuania, Uruguay, Portugal, Colombia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Spain, and the United Arab Emirates to cancel the visa regime for the citizens having diplomatic and service passports, APA reports. The report on the outcomes of 2012 submitted by the Azerbaijani government to the parliament notes that in reporting year, draft bilateral agreements "On visa-free entry and exit of citizens having diplomatic and service passports" were developed and submitted to the above-mentioned countries.
