Baku. Victoria Dementeva – APA. Azerbaijan’s Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel General Kemaleddin Heydarov, who is on a visit to Slovenia, has met with Prime Minister of this country Janez Janša.
APA reports quoting the press service of the Slovenian PM that the development prospects of the relations between the two countries were discussed at the meeting.
The sides positively estimated the enhancement of regulatory framework of Azerbaijan-Slovenia relations in terms of further development of economic-political relations.
Janez Janša welcomed the establishment of Azerbaijan-Slovenia Intergovernmental Commission. The Commission will hold its first meeting in Slovenia in autumn this year.
Speaking about the further cooperation between the two countries, Kemaleddin Heydarov mentioned the spheres of tourism and agro-food industry. In his turn, the Slovenian PM expressed satisfaction with rapid development of Azerbaijan and said they are interested in cooperation with Azerbaijani investors.
