Ambassador Farid Shafiev addresses on "Azerbaijan: Economic prospects and geopolitical challenges" in Toronto

Baku-APA. Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Canada Farid Shafiev delivered a speech â€‹at the center MUNK School of Global Affairs of the University of Toronto “Azerbaijan: Economic prospects and geopolitical challenges”, the embassy of Azerbaijan in Canada informed APA..

Ambassador F.Shafiev informed the audience about the economic development and geopolitical position of Azerbaijan, the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, and in the end of the event he answered questions from teachers and students.

The event was part of the course "Research about Azerbaijan", which is being implemented at the University of Toronto, on the initiative and with the support of the Centre for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies (Centre for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies) and the Canadian Institute for Azerbaijani Studies.
